Nicole O'Dell is a leader with a heart for service and a mind for business. She began serving in missions ministries as a young child and has volunteered in countless domestic missions independently, as well as through churches, and she has traveled to the Dominican Republic to share love, joy and hope to orphans through spending quality time with them and providing them with gifts and clothing.
Some of her regular domestic missions include leading donation drives for food, toiletries, hygiene products, clothing, financial support, and meals and gifts throughout the holidays. And, in one local Virginia high school, she established the first-ever food pantry in 2015 that continues to thrive and serve the wide-ranging needs of the community today.
"I believe that if you recognize that people are in need, and you have a heart to help, you are Built To Serve," she says.
